Biography
For me, life is a great quest that never ends. I found that difficult in my early years. I wasn’t sure about many things at all. Lots of doubt. About what and me I was ‘supposed’ to do or who I was supposed to be. Gradually I have learned to embrace that uncertainty and see the unknown future as a source of inspiration and possibilities. My training as a professional Consciousness Coach® and trainer has strengthened my belief that transformation is possible at any time. And that the pleasure lies in walking that path to getting closer to my Self. I was previously an HR project employee, copywriter, communications consultant, freelance change advisor, owner of a business that guides employees with the adoption of technology and operator of a coworking space slash meeting place for conscious professionals. Nowadays I am also a freelance talent sourcer on the side and I provide training on conscious leadership in companies. My passion lies in coaching ambitious professionals who want to step out of their comfort zone and dare to choose their own greatness.
I live in Ghent with my girlfriend, two teenagers and a toddler. I enjoy surfing, running, hot yoga, Freeletics, my family life, early mornings, Portugal, campervan travel, listening to audiobooks and celebrating life with friends.
