On 2 October, the PMI Belgium Chapter will bring project professionals together at The EGG in Brussels for a day focused on how the project profession is changing.
This year’s central Theme is:The evolving role of Project Manager: from executor to strategic enabler. The answer goes beyond schedules, budgets and delivery. Projects are increasingly closely linked to business decisions, technology and organisational change. That means the expectations placed on project professionals are changing too.
Throughout the program, speakers and practitioners will look at what this means in practice: which skills will matter, how project professionals can demonstrate business value, where AI can make a difference, and where judgement, communication and leadership remain essential.
The CEO panel will bring a direct business perspective to the discussion, while the wider program will offer practical ideas and different views on where our profession is heading.
