Jan Willem Tromp is a Dutch researcher and consultant in the domain of multi-project management. He is a managing partner and a co-creator of Epicflow multi project management software. Tromp is a PhD candidate in Open University Netherlands, investigating what is happening to employees while implementing new software. Tromp's main objective in his research is to find possible ways to bring simplicity and order to multi-project environments where employees can prosper.
