With a lifelong dedication to Talent Development, my career spans over three decades. I have extensive experience in various subdomains, including training, managing, and providing feedback in 360° Feedback processes, and overseeing Assessment & Development Centers. Driven by my passion for research and development, I have spearheaded the creation of world-class Talent tools, such as Koan-PI, MoodBarometer, and 360°Platform, which cater to diverse roles including Sales, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship. In the realm of project management, we have developed reports that align with Agile methodologies and with the behavioral competency models of PMI and IPMA.
