Innovator Workshop Transformation: Transforming Team Culture: Hands-on strategies for PM’s

This interactive masterclass offers project and change managers hands-on strategies to transform team culture. Building on last year’s introduction to observing company culture, we’ll dive deeper into techniques for detecting sabotage behaviour and converting it into innovation. By leveraging material culture and the viral change methodology, we let this culture spread across the organisation, resulting in a dynamic, change-ready workplace environment where people seek cross-departmental connections, embrace diversity, and learn from ‘desire lines’. The expertise behind this session draws from anthropological techniques and corporate culture studies. It will provide actionable insights, enabling you to influence team culture without formal authority. Culture belongs to everyone; together, we shape and reshape it daily. Are you ready to choose the change you want to bring to your team?

Learning goals summary:
In this workshop you will learn:
• Proactively detect sabotage behaviour
• Reshape team culture, without relying on formal authority
• Embrace diversity and innovation
