Biography
Jan took up in his 30+ years of professional experience several roles: as a manager, a member of staff and as a management consultant, allowing him to experience ‘both sides of the coin’. His missions focus on enhancing the organization’s capabilities and increasing its operational efficiency, and taught Jan the importance of a project-based approach, maintaining a focus on organizational change and  the value of flexibly adapting best-practice frameworks. Jan is a strong communicator and storyteller who can translate a complex message with the target audience in mind and is eager to exchange knowledge in a two-way dialogue. All this he can put into practice with his employer Xedis.
