Master Workshop AWARENESS: Embracing the dark & light sides of your inner force.
This masterclass will bring each participant to the core of his/her own being, recognizing this core as a home place within which inner peace, force & energy can be found and from which the world can be observed, handled & enjoyed. We will show the participants how the principles of natural awareness can help them and how to integrate these things in their daily life. To deepen the experience, we will put participants in circumstances of pressure & uncertainty to playfully let them discover the added value of “embracing the dark & light sides of your inner force” in their projects and leadership positions.Being guided via natural awareness principles, the participants will experience a homecoming feeling within themselves. From this home place, they will be put in simulated circumstances of pressure and uncertainty, not unlike a project management environment. Finally, we will discuss and share experiences based on real life cases. Learning goals summary:

+25 years of experience in Projects/Programs, Change & Entrepreneurship, having successfully completed +40 assignments and currently mixing the roles of consultant, coach & project/program manager into missions where process/systems – or post-merger integrations are key, but people are central. Christophe works/worked for various clients (public & private) in Belgium, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, the UK, France, Germany & Saudi Arabia, exposing him primarily to the sectors of Telecoms, Media, Public Transport (road, rail & air), Utilities, Banking & Insurance and retail.
Christophe is and has been a lector at educational institutions like EMS, AMS & Vlerick and is a former speaker at previous PM Fairs, Chapter meetings & BENELUX conferences.
